It should be a good day with much less chance of overdevelopment (which of course never happened yesterday).  Winds mainly N or NE in the convective layer and more NW around base and above.  Winds likely to get stronger and more East at the end of the day.

What Happened.

We don’t often do this, but we went straight over the back of the gredos, overlying Talavera, and a nice big open XC to the south,  A very long retrieve though with many mountain passes to cross.
