NE winds, more stable

A sunny day in general, though the instability is less so that early morning XC will not be so easy.  Perhaps a little top end with the NW wind.   What happened. some decent thermalling around the valley during the early afternoon and a big restitution flight in the evening.

Lightish N-NE

Light N and instability

Light N to NE with cool air in the upper layers.  Instability is likely to lead to showers during the day.  Hopefully cloud base will go above the hill top later and before it rains! Not brilliant, but maybe something can be salvaged.

This morning and looking so for tomorrow, very windy in Algo. We came up to Cenes for a couple of flights protected from the strong SE wind by the Sierra Nevada range. Tonight into downtown Granada for an Indian meal.

A good day thermalling at Algo

Gentle thermic conditions and light wind at the SE face of Algodonales . Ed continues to impress us with his first day dealing with thermals and often near the top of the stack and flying for around one and a half hours.
