More Epic July conditions

Today was a perfect paragliding day, the conditions we dream of for running competition events. 4/8Cu, light winds (N) and strong climbs (averages around 3 and peaks of 7).

Dave Shaw made a fast run beyond Barco towards Bejar, but finding headwinds towards Becedas returned to Barco. Rob Simpson landed to the NE of Barco aftre hitting strong sink on a transition. Others in the group scattered along the route. I decided to fly back to Piedrahita from Barco, with the conditions improving I made it in 3 strong climbs not bothering to go to base (around 3400m).

Excellent evening conditions, with everybody having great climbs on the hill and in valley. I flew a commercial tandem, and once again the client got ill as we cranked a 3m climb over town. Puri also had a flight this evening, the first on a PG for some time.
