A good forecast for thermals with good climbs for all soon after launch in light winds from NW. Over the Pass we went but a growing cloud made us decide to land early. Koen however did carry on to about 85km
Convergence shifted southwards so going beyond Avila is more difficult , however, Segovia is a possibility. A NW at launch from early in the day, probably climbs to 3000m plus. Full details at Briefing at 11am.
It could have been classic , with expectation of a Goal in Arcones at 150km. However, stability put us all down before we could reach the convergence clouds nearer to Avila.
