Yesterday was a remarkable soaring day.  Today will be similar.

A NW flow with convergence lines on the mountain.  Surface winds relatively light and more N on the surface around Avila but the average wind in the boundary layer continues to be more WNW.  An inversion around 2400m, but likely climbs to above 3300m in the late afternoon.  Cu development similar to yesterday.

For a task I would suggest ARCONES landing field.  155km.  A  return to Piedrahta from Avila would also be possible..more so than yesterday.  Or a return to the E side of the Pass very easy.
