Light E with blue thermals to 3100m

Better wind forecast today for paragliding.  A marked inversion  at 3100, but heating to 30 degrees may give us some cumulus (potentially towering).   We can wait a  little today for better thermic conditions as there is less risk of strong winds.

Very unstable with rain and storms along the Eastern side of the peninsula from Andalucia to Catalonia, but we should escape those problems.

What Happened

Alex was th e star of the day with a whopping 7,5 hrs and 120km having gone to Avila then back to near Barco.   many of us bobed at the Pass, but David managed to do an O and R back to Piedrahita from the Pass, and Ian, on his 3rd flight made Barco.  Exceptional conditions.
