4000m+ SW blue thermals. Excellent for Open XC

1pm

1500

X section to Segovia over time

The upper level trough causing the instability yesterday has moved northwards giving us a day with Blue thermals and less cloud concerns.  Wind perhaps a little stronger from SW, but should be OK.  Climbs well above 3000m again and thankfully an inversion at 3800m.

An excellent day for 100km+

What Happened

Well, not so good as too much S at take off until around 2pm, then a bit crossed and strong.  We went for an evening XC and Hans made it over the Pass to Muñogalindo with 40km.
