NE – first time since early July.

Section to Plasencia

Section to SW

Weak cold front going through once again and lower level winds now in the NE.   Top temperatures not more than 26ºC and max thermal tops no more than 10.000ft, though we will probably go no higher than 2700m. Early morning inversion at around 2000ft (just above PN take off).   A flight to Barco should be easy.  A flight to the Tornavacas Pass OK too, but the Cherry Tree valley will be tricky if  the base does not go to 10.000ft.

What Happened?

A trip to Barco for me with the rest strung out along the route.  V.weak, but increasing winds may now stop our evening flight.  Good Flight for Steve who led the way to near the Petrol Station on way to Barco.
