Section/time /conditions to NE from Lastra

The depression spinning offtowards the UK is sending us upper level SWerlies and a cold front due to pass us tomorrow.  Thermal conditions are reasonable today with potential climbs to over 3000m.  However, winds are likely to be too strong for safe paragliding.  Tomorrow, with the arrival of the front winds the wind would normally come on to PN (more northerly), though base will be low.
