Over the Pass

Once again great flying conditions with potential climbs to 2900m (the Cu´s over the mountains), though I only went to 2450m. Marco doubled his personal best on the second flight landing at Muñotello on the other side of the Pass. Classic evening restitution for the evening flight.
An interesting effect of a fire in Bejar. With the wind comparatively light (approx 15km/hr) and an early capping inversion around the peak of the mountain, a clear wave pattern can be seen setting up.

With Thermal mixing just an hour or later the defined wave in the smoke breaks down.
