Another one of those Sundays

A long day in Madrid for me, Taking Martin in at 7am, and collecting at 5pm. Our new arrivals, two groups from Belgium, adding to Adrian, Paul, Jacob from last week. Not flyable today, though if somebody had got away, it looked pretty epic (20lm/hr + from SW with convergence). Looking tricky tomorrow.

The last day of the XC Open and classic conditions. What to do? A short task to have the prize giving and scoring done at a realistic time, or leave it open and allow the pilots to come here to do what they want?. The latter wins out and predictably there are pilots beyond 160km. […]
